Can the roasting process make coffee beans oily? I was watching a video about the coffee process and it was so strange seeing coffee beans getting oily during roasting and all the process. why is that?

Yes, coffee oils extract from the beans by roasting processes. the roasting causes both physical and chemical changes in coffee beans and extracts the oil.
