I happen to come across some coffee types that taste kinda fruity. (more like tropical fruits) how can this happen?! Why does some coffee taste fruity?
Coffee fruity taste comes from high acid existence. coffee beans acids decrease through the roasting process accordingly dark roasts including fewer acids and their fruity taste is less than light roast coffee beans. In addition, if the fruity taste bothers you it’s better to give your fresh coffee a bit of rest. Be careful not to buy African coffee beans that originally have a fruity flavor that you won’t like!
